"The issue of returning beer to stadiums has moved forward. A fundamental understanding that the issue should be resolved positively has been reached. The bill is being finalized, after which a round table will be held in the Duma. Representatives of other sports, in addition to football, will be involved. The issue of distributing funds from beer advertising to children's and youth sports and improving the infrastructure of clubs is also being worked out. Control will be established over the targeted use of funds," RIA Novosti Sport quotes Svischev as saying.
