In addition to purchasing 25% of Taboola, Yahoo has signed an exclusive 30-year commercial agreement with one of the largest audience acquisition and native advertising platforms.

With Apollo Global Management’s long-term support and alignment with shareholders, and its commitment to supporting both advertising platforms, the partnership accelerates Taboola and Yahoo’s growth norway email list plans in a competitive marketplace. The agreement demonstrates Apollo Global Management’s belief in Taboola’s plan and potential as a leading platform for publishers, advertisers and merchants on the open web.

By enabling Yahoo’s native advertising solutions, Taboola will help deliver more visibility, better campaign performance and a better user experience, helping businesses continue to seek out advertising alternatives that aren’t tied to closed networks. Taboola will continue to invest in its research and development efforts, improving how people discover products they might like, and strengthening its leadership in contextual advertising.

Yahoo CEO Jim Lanzone said the alliance with Taboola will enable Yahoo to enhance contextual and native offerings within the unified advertising offering.
