Follow-up after the first contact (e.g. another email, phone call) may look like this:
"Good morning Mr. X,
I am writing in reference to my message last week, when I sent you details of our offer regarding [name of product/service]. I would like to make sure that you have received all the necessary usa telegram accounts information and to find out if you have any additional questions.
I would appreciate your feedback by the end of the week so we can discuss possible next steps. Thank you for your time and consideration."
An example follow-up email after a meeting looks like this:
"Dear Mrs. Y,
I would like to thank you for our meeting yesterday. It was very fruitful and I am glad that we were able to discuss the possibilities of cooperation in the field of [name of project/topic].
I am attaching a short summary of our conversation and proposed further actions. Please confirm that everything is correct and let me know when we can arrange another meeting.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.”
While preparing these two types of follow-ups shouldn’t be a problem, greater difficulties arise in the case of, for example, a reminder about a payment due date. Especially if it is already overdue. This is always awkward and many entrepreneurs don’t know how to do it in a way that won’t offend the recipient. You can go in this direction, for example:
"Good morning Mr. Z,
I am writing to kindly remind you of the upcoming payment deadline for invoice [invoice number]. Please make the payment by [date].
