Proposals, recommendations and possible actions
The CNP Assurances Foresight Notebook proposes three levers of action to better prepare for the occurrence of these risks.
1. Communication and prevention
It focuses on actions to raise awareness among populations and public authorities about these issues, particularly in areas that are still relatively unexposed today. It also covers strengthening prevention.
2. Innovation
This lever suggests the development of new services for policyholders, including risk by design , for example to alert the elderly in the event of a heat wave. It includes the creation of dedicated compensation funds, in particular to better protect the most deprived.
