Disable security software and perform a clean boot.
This is a way to start Windows with only essential services and programs running. This will help you isolate and resolve any software conflicts that may be causing the error.
Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.
Select Hide all Microsoft services > Disable all.

Check your internet connection
