How to Configure Custom Summary Templates
Navigate to ConvinGPT Settings:
Select the AI Summary option.
Create a New Custom Template:
Name your custom template and set filters for its applicability (e.g., specific teams, call types, or tags).
Choose whether the template applies to Live Conversations (Live Assist), Post-Call Analysis, or both.
Define Summary Structure:
Specify the key questions you want the summary to answer. These will form the core structure of your template.
For each question, choose the desired output format: paragraph-style or entity-based insights.
For entity-based outputs, select whether values should be open-ended or chosen from a pre-defined list of eligible options.
Finalize and Apply:
Once all questions are configured, complete the setup, and your custom template is ready.

Post-Call Conversations

Live Conversations
Summaries are created immediately after the call ends. Agents can review and submit the summaries before moving on to the next call.
These summaries can be directly mapped to CRM fields, streamlining after-call workflows for agents.
If an agent edits the summary, the system retains both Original and Edited versions on the conversation details page.
