How to coordinate system installation and technical issues

If you want to equip your apartment building with cameras, you must first hold a general meeting of owners. The initiator can be the management organization, the senior in the house, or any owner. At least 2/3 of the total number of votes must vote for the installation.
If the vote is positive, the owners must discuss and agree on a number of important aspects:
camera placement diagram;
cost of cameras, installation, maintenance of the system;

place and period of storage of records;
order of access to the archive of records.

When drawing up a diagram of the placement of cameras, the following requirements should be taken into account:
Cameras are installed in common areas: the entrance area, the adjacent territory, elevators, elevator halls, stairwells, apartment halls, and common loggias.
Cameras should not be aimed directly at the entrance doors of apartments – only an overview of the entire room or part of it is allowed.
Signs "video surveillance in progress" must be placed in places where cameras are located. The cameras themselves must be visible: installation of hidden video surveillance systems is prohibited by law.
