Since at Cursos Femxa we are always attentive to your requests, doubts and comments in order to improve, we want to clarify how the different calls for subsidized training work in terms of the limit of training hours established by each one.
To this end, we have proposed to explain the different calls for applications that currently exist within the training offer funded by the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy and the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports, so that the difference between them is clearer.
Let's start as directly as possible:
Calls in progress:
State Tourism 2023
Courses on hospitality and tourism, aimed primarily at those employed in the sector , with the aim of professionally retraining employed workers in the tourism sector, as well as improving opportunities for workers in the sector.
It has no limit on training hours, but it does not allow several courses to be held simultaneously.
It is primarily aimed at employed and self-employed workers in the tourism sector , but these programs usually have a percentage, 30%, of places for the unemployed, which fill up quickly and so we recommend that you keep your profile updated, so we can inform you as soon as the places are available.
State Ministry of Education 2022
They are official qualifications on different topics aimed primarily at employed people that certify a person's professional skills, as included in the Official Catalogue of Professional Qualifications.
There is a limit of 180 hours of training per student and a limit of three training actions per student. These limits can only be exceeded when a single training action exceeds one hundred and eighty hours or when all the training actions form part of the same professional certificate.
It is primarily aimed at employed and self-employed workers , but these programs usually have a percentage, 30%, of places for the unemployed, which fill up quickly and so we recommend that you keep your profile updated, so we can inform you as soon as the places are available.
State training for qualification and requalification of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan 2023
These courses are primarily linked to professional qualifications in strategic sectors and to improving capacities for the ecological transition. This call includes projects aimed at training workers, and which allow them to update their professional skills or acquire new ones, and projects for the active population looking for work, as well as for particularly vulnerable groups.
There is no limit on training hours.
State training for the acquisition of new skills for digital, green and productive transformation ("Training financing") 2023
These are courses related to the “Acquisition of new skills for digital, green and productive transformation” . They are aimed at employed workers, both self-employed and workers belonging to the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers and workers in Social Economy entities, and unemployed people.
Only one training action may be carried out in the entire call.
Autonomous
These training programmes are funded by regional bodies and the main requirement is that the student is paying contributions in the Autonomous Community for which the training has been issued. The training offer includes courses in both online and face-to-face mode, depending on the regional call for applications in which it has been published.
Most regional training calls are aimed primarily at employed and self-employed workers , but they usually have a percentage of places available for the unemployed.
In the case of regional calls for training for unemployed people, most of the courses offered by the different autonomous communities are face-to-face.
Participation in these courses does not usually have a time limit, so you can take more than one. Visit our website to filter the courses by your community.
Although some calls, as we have mentioned, have a limit on maximum training hours, these do not accumulate between calls.
Why do these calls exist?
What is training for employment?
The training for employment that we offer at Cursos Femxa is financed by the 0.7% contribution, intended for training, that is deducted from all workers' pay monthly. Since 2019, self-employed workers also contribute 0.1% for training. This amount is used to finance the free courses to which
What is a call for proposals?
Approximately every year, the administrations publish the training calls in the BOE or in the regional bulletins. These define the amounts available to finance the courses and all the details that the training entities must comply with if they want to be eligible to receive the subsidies that lead to the execution of the courses.
What are the differences?
The basic difference lies in who subsidises the training , whether latvia phone number state or regional organisations, and who they are aimed at : active workers, self-employed or unemployed. If the funding comes from a regional organisation, in most cases the students must work in that community.
Each call for applications indicates many requirements, some formal, for the entities, such as the method of presenting the documentation, or available budgets, other limitations are directed to the method of registration and imply limits, such as the number of hours of training that a student can take, or the maximum percentage of unemployed people that can be included in a training plan aimed at workers and self-employed people.

Good morning, I have a question regarding simultaneity. It only mentions that the tourism call does not allow it, but what about the others?
Would it be possible, for example, to take a state call course and an autonomous call course at the same time?
Thank you .
