Relevance of process designers

Usually the process designer facilitates one or more sessions to help the group solve the problem themselves. This complete process from problem to solution I call the design.
What a process designer does exactly depends on the team or organization, the problem and the desired outcome. The actual form can vary from a workshop to coaching others, helping with a culture change or facilitating a strategy, innovation or co-creation session.
Google & Spotify
Both Google and Spotify focus on how employees collaborate and what they create. Both companies have process designers who design the processes of teams within the organization as best as possible, although they call them differently. Want to know more about how they do this?
