Conduct a study of your target audience (people)

Knowing who your ideal client is is key to achieving your business goals . To achieve this, it is important to conduct a target audience study from the beginning. The buyer persona is a semi-fictional representation of your ideal client , which will be your guide for creating messages, media you will choose, segmentations and more.

To get an X-ray of the ideal client , you must vp r d email lists define topics such as: what are their demographic data (age, gender, marital status, geographic location, etc.); what is the name of the position they hold in a certain company; what are their goals, challenges, needs, motivations, interests, among others.

Think about all the details and be as thorough as possible with them. This way, you will be able to successfully connect with those potential clients for your company, through appropriate communication.

Determine your goals
Objectives are the goals that will define the path of your company and the basis of your strategy. Define what you want to achieve in the short, medium and long term, above all, make sure that these are as realistic as possible and can be quantified. To achieve them, you can implement the SMART methodology (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).

Let’s imagine a fictitious business: BlueCloud is a company that offers project management software to other businesses. One way it states one of its main goals is this: “Increase website traffic.” This way of defining a goal is extremely vague and not feasible to track.
