As businesses have suffered a severe setback due to the pandemic, now is the time to take stock of the realities and make the best of it. The new and revised agenda is here to stay, one way or another. Business continuity will be the primary goal for most businesses, regardless of their size.

Recognize the fact that this hasn't been easy for anyone. So communicate effectively , from time to time, and not in a way that seems forced or expected. Be honest in your updates to your employees. Make it clear to them that each and every one of them is vital to your company at this time.
