With the local presence service you can register all those domains that would normally not be registrable due to the restrictions imposed by individual local registries.
NOn all geographic domains can be registered by anyone. The various Registries of the individual extensions, i.e. the authorities that manage and administer the individual top-level domains, can set registration rules.
