Salary and Benefits:

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the management and operation of the company's core user communities, cooperate with sales, product, and operation departments to complete phased community operation tasks.
2. According to the company's positioning of core users, increase, retain and convert community members;

3. Improve the activity and participation of community members through daily maintenance of the community;

4. Responsible for the growth of key indicators of community operations and completing the indicator tasks assigned by superiors (number of people, core number of people, etc.);

5. Organize online and offline community activities, encourage community members to connect with each other, and encourage everyone to discuss and debate topics;

6. Improve the company’s brand awareness and professionalism in the industry through community operations.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;
