the pensioner's disability period has ended;

In a situation where the financial situation of the caregiver changes (for example, he/she gets a job), he/she must notify the SFR within five days. Care for the elderly person does not stop automatically.

The insurance period includes the entire period of a citizen’s work activity and socially significant (non-insurance) periods, such as the period of receiving unemployment benefits or maternity leave.

However, non-insurance periods are counted towards work experience only if the citizen was officially employed for at least one day immediately before or after them and mandatory contributions were made to the Social Insurance Fund.

The time of care for an elderly person after 80 years of age is considered a non-insurance period. In this case, work experience is taken into account in calendar order: one day of care is equal to one day of work experience.
