Once you determine which links you want to disavow, you'll need to list them in a text file (*.txt) to upload to Google's disavow tool. There's a very specific format you need to follow, but it's pretty simple:

Each entry needs to be on a different line

Each entry needs to start with "domain:" (without the quotes)

The file name is not important.

Using the entire domain will save you the tedious process of listing each URL individually. Also, there are some cases where you would want to disavow a single link from a site but allow other links from that domain.
