Important note on the application of the 7-phase model
The 7-phase model is intended to support, not restrict. Such a system, which can be applied to many different programs and associated projects, cannot naturally depict every individual case in detail. Also, not every project runs exactly chronologically as described. Often different steps or even large parts of several phases take place in parallel, have to be looked at again at a later point in time or have already been clarified before the start. Therefore, consider this model and all the associated steps, tips and checklists as a guide, not as a corset for your very individual program.

What type and form of corporate influencer program have bank data you decided on? How should it be implemented - for example, gradually or in several project stages? Are there corporate influencer roles, for example? Is it limited to a specific area of the company? These decisions in particular are based on very individual considerations, must fit the company and depend on what has been worked out previously. This first point therefore also determines what the other components will look like in concrete terms.
Your concept is a dynamic document that continues to develop and is updated as the project progresses. You will not want to or be able to fully name all of the points mentioned here at the start of the project! Even when you decide on the form of your brand ambassador project, you are not making a decision for eternity. But you are getting a direction.
