CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) , or customer satisfaction index, measures the overall level of customer satisfaction with a company's products or services.
Unlike NPS, CSI is focused on satisfaction rather than loyalty.
CSI reflects customer satisfaction across several dimensions, such as:
quality of products or services;
customer service;
pricing policy.
