Trello can be very useful in product development. Here you can define the features and components of your product, record your planned pricing structure, define the target group (there is even a persona power-up!), when you want to bring the product to market and how. Of course, you could also record all of this in a Word document or an Excel spreadsheet - but in Trello everything is wonderfully structured and very, very clear.
I don't know about you, but I always have more ideas than I can implement. Nevertheless, I don't want them to get lost, because there are often real gold nuggets among them. The advantage of an ideas board (especially a "mixed" ideas board) in Trello is that these ideas cannot get lost and sometimes even feed off each other.
