How I organize support seven days a week, all year round

As expected, the members appreciate the opportunity to ask me their questions on weekends and holidays and to receive prompt answers even then. Since the target group for the Marketing Magic Circle are solopreneurs, I had already thought in advance - and also observed in many groups on Facebook - that they are active at precisely these times and are working on their business and therefore also on their online marketing.

Of course, I also have a life, a partner, family, friends and many time-consuming hobbies. Nevertheless, I don't feel like I'm stuck in a hamster wheel with my support offer.

How is this possible? How can this be reconciled?

The magic word is "routines" - more precisely, my compulsory-freestyle system - which is used both in my marketing and in member support.
