How you deal with the sheet of paper is a question of your personality. I am a self-confessed packrat ( I find the English word nicer somehow) and cannot throw anything away. That's why I sometimes take photos of the sheets of paper and save the photos in Evernote. Or I keep the sheet in the project folder for the customer. Sometimes you only recognize the little nuggets of pure gold ideas a few days or weeks later...
