This email reads a bit too robotic, but it hits the point. In your own templates, consider communicating these ideas as naturally as possible.

There are two copy rules when writing these templates:

Write about how you say it—don’t sound like a press release.
Keep it short – every sentence beyond the first three paragraphs will gradually reduce your response rate.
