2) The evening before
“Never go to sleep without giving your subconscious a task.”

― Thomas Edison

This saying is not just a saying.

It is scientifically proven.

Psychologist Deidre Barrett asked her students to imagine a problem before going to sleep.

The fascinating thing: the solutions came in our sleep.

A quarter of the participants colombia telegram screening dreamed of a possible solution.

Say:

If you 're suffering from writer's block or are stuck for a creative problem, think about this before you go to sleep.

Creativity: Think about your problem before sleeping
This is how I use this method:
I do this all the time with article ideas .

When I have a vague idea for an article, I think about it before I go to sleep.

The next morning the idea had taken shape and the words were just flowing out of me.

Creativity also depends on the environment.

This is what Professor Janetta Mitchell McCoy discovered.

She had students create collages. The first group sat in a room with sunlight and furniture made of natural wood. A more natural environment.
