Here, the idea is to develop expertise when you need it. It will be to learn more and more complex things. At the beginning, you will learn, if you learn communication as we saw before, you will learn the fundamentals, the bases. And the more you advance and practice, the more you will learn complicated things.
This is what we call "developing expertise." And then you're going to try to combine that expertise in a subject with other subjects because everything is ultimately linked. And you can, if you learn things related to philosophy, you can use them in communication and you can use them in marketing and you can use them in your daily work or in the education of your children if you have any.
The idea is to combine the learning from one area into all the other areas of your life. And what's great is that you never stop learning. This reinforcement stage lasts forever.
