In the image under 'strategy session' you can see the steps that you go through and fill in using the mind map template in order to 'map' your

The retrospective
Have you been taking care of the marketing activities for your organization for a while? Then you have probably collected quite a few figures from experience. Make grateful use of them. This foundation is a great start to continue next year.

Make a short summary and take your stakeholder with you under the motto: where do we come from and where are we going? Also a good moment to briefly review the trends of that year and make a prediction which trends will come and how you can apply them within your marketing strategy.

What is and, more importantly, what is not (yet) included in the business plan?
That business plan, you're figuring that out. You're already filtering out the organizational goals for later. You put them in the mind map template. This is also the phase in which a SWOT guatemala phone numbers analysis of your business goals is useful to have. Don't have that? You can also make that using live maps and mapping software, such as MindManager, MindMeister or X-Mind. Then you can have a very visual, insightful and interactive conversation and brainstorming with live maps. You do this together with your MT and/or board members, so that you create support.

After you have done this, you will not have a static picture, but the basis for a dynamic dashboard. Every new insight and change will be included in this. You can see what the effect is on the bigger picture. This way, step by step, you will create a dashboard that you can monitor and control. And this way, you will stay up to date right away! Below you can see an example of how the SWOT analysis step works.

How well do you know your target groups?
Target groups! What target group do you have exactly? How important are they to your marketing strategy? Who are your focus groups internally and who are they externally? Do they have a lot of influence? Are they very interested? Or not? How well do we know these people? Can we shake their hands, so to speak, by developing very concrete personas and user stories for them? In short, who are you doing this for? You also want to map out these target groups visually, so that you quickly have an overview of the whole picture.
