What day is best to reach your target audiences on Twitter? Is it better to use hashtags in social media posts or not? And what is the ideal length of a tweet? You may be asking yourself this question when posting on social media. Today in the Infographic Day series, we look at how you can best stimulate online interaction and engagement.
Content marketing organization Compendium conducted research among 200 companies to see how B2B and B2C organizations can best stimulate interaction and engagement on social media. The results show that there is a big difference between these 2 sectors.
Time
It turns out that you can best approach consumers on Mondays and Wednesdays. uae telegram data Messages on Twitter and LinkedIn, aimed at this target group, have the most effect just after lunchtime. Facebook is best used as a communication channel in the afternoon. Companies (B2B) are best reached in the morning on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Always use hashtags in your tweets that are aimed at organisations. aimed at companies generate 193 more clicks if they contain a hashtag. Messages on LinkedIn that contain a hashtag generate 56 percent more clicks. Numbers in your tweets also ensure more click-throughs, especially for B2B. Question marks in a social media message ensure fewer click-throughs in both sectors. Messages with question marks receive between 25 and 52 percent fewer clicks than other messages.
