Another way to reinforce your learning is to explain it to someone. By explaining something you've learned to someone, you reinforce the learning and you test yourself. It allows you to know if you've understood it. I don't have the exact quote, I'm going to paraphrase, but it was Albert Einstein who said that in fact, if you can't explain something simply to someone, it's because you haven't understood it.
And I try to use this exercise with my children. I recently read, I talked about it in a previous video, a book called The Chimp Paradox, which explains how our brain works, etc. how to manage our emotions, manage our thoughts. And I try, it's a book that is certainly simple, schematic, but which requires reflection, I try to explain it as simply as possible to my children.
