To address this issue, we implemented the Hotjar analytics tool on the site. This tool can (completely anonymously) record user behavior on the site and directly record their journey through the site. You can quickly identify where users are having problems and suggest a fix.

SEO work before and after
Unfortunately, search engine optimization is not something you just turn on and tweak occasionally. It is a continuous process that takes weeks and months.

During development, or rather at the beginning, we do keyword analysis and study user behavior online. We are interested in what topics they associate keywords with, how they search for them, whether they enter general keywords or rather look for long, specific connections. Thanks to this information, the SEO specialist, together with the UX designer, can design the structure and outline the content of individual pages. In the case of the WAMAG website, the client prepared the content internally based on our advice.

Just before completion, we tuned the meta tags for the pages so that the overseas chinese in europe data links to the website in search would motivate users to click and at the same time correspond to the search queries.

After launch, we gradually tuned the content and so-called onpage SEO factors . The output from Hotjar advised us where to look for shortcomings. The website alone generated 17 inquiries via the contact form in 2018. This may seem like a small number, but offline inquiries are very common in the B2B segment .

The website was involved in another 121 inquiries that came by phone or email , i.e. outside the website, although it was directly involved in them. The client evaluates the website redesign and its results very positively in hindsight .
