The author does not present new brilliant ideas, but rather summarizes the facts known so far . It also includes a personal test, be careful, take it with a grain of salt, it is far from exhaustive and any psychotherapist would have to laugh at it.

Temperament is your place on the stability-lability and introversion-extroversion scale . Everyone has their own weaknesses and strengths. This division was studied by Hippocrates, Galen, Jung, Eysenck and Pavlov.

The 4 temperaments and how to live with them
No one is a pure type. We are a mix of different aspects. Moreover, many adults have learned to hide their natural temperament (for example, because their melancholic parents scolded them for being too lively). Similarly, many phlegmatics and melancholics have learned to stand out in society, because being an introvert is a disadvantage in today's society.

Sanguine
The typical sanguine is a very sociable, talkative and optimistic homeowner database person. He will enjoy networking and working with people. He can easily motivate and persuade others.

At work, they readily volunteer for tasks, can come up with novel activities, and generally throw themselves enthusiastically into any task.

On the other hand, he is easily distracted and easily promises you mountains, mines, black forest. He does not mind exaggerating a story, which a melancholic would consider a lie. In general, we could say that he is frivolous and does not worry about anything. He hates planning, he would rather improvise. And no one can beat him in improvisation either.

Choleric
The choleric is also an extroverted type, no less optimistic than the sanguine. He enjoys managing projects and people, is dynamic and can make decisions very easily.

He is unbeatable in crisis situations when someone has to take charge. Thanks to his nature, he can quickly evaluate data and choose a practical course of action. Efficiency and determination are important to him.
