2. Your video is impersonal
When I made the switch from TV to the internet, I had a hard time with my camera presentations. I stood in front of the camera like a perfect presentation puppet reading my autocue. But I soon realized: YouTube works differently. People don't want perfect presenters and information overload . People want to see real people, who speak in normal language about personal experiences and opinions. Not presenting, but telling.
So with every video think : how do I make this personal? Who can be a personal ambassador for my company or service?
One of the biggest reasons why your video isn't being watched? It's not being found! On YouTube, the same applies: can people find your video when they search for it? Is your video optimized with the hospital cfo email list right keywords , in your title, description, and is your video in playlists ? But most importantly: is your video engaging?

I thought for a moment that the days of burn ratio were over. For the youngsters among us: burn ratio means that you have to burn as much money as possible as quickly as possible and then the money bees will come in great swarms to your big honey pot, even if it is empty.
