It is common for a taxpayer to decide to authorize another person in their circle to carry out procedures on their behalf at the Tax Agency. This authorization is common in the case of self-employed workers and companies, who usually authorize professionals to handle their tax matters.

What procedures must be completed to grant authorization?
To authorise another person for a specific procedure, we have to fill out a form that can be downloaded from the AEAT website. Here is the link to all the AEAT representation models.
In this form we will write down our details and those of the person who is going to represent us, signing both at the bottom of the page. Next, we will also detail the procedure phone number directory singapore for which we are making the authorisation (collection, management, notifications...).
It is also possible to authorise another person by electronic means , either in a general way or for certain specific procedures. Keep in mind that to authorise a third party electronically, it will be necessary to have an electronic signature.
The date on which this authorisation ends must be included. This will allow us to be absent or go on holiday knowing that our tax procedures will be taken care of.

Who will receive notifications?
Once the power of attorney has been granted, all notifications will be communicated to the attorney, even if they are electronic notifications. The attorney may open them with his own certificate and respond to them in the appropriate manner.
