You need the terms CX, UX and BX to understand specialized articles. Often these abbreviations are not deciphered and, unfortunately, the authors themselves confuse their meanings. For example, you can find a longread entirely dedicated to UX, although in fact the author meant UI.

So, what is "user experience" or "interaction experience"? This is the perception and response of the user that occurs when using a product / service.

Usually, abbreviations of different types of interaction experience include the letter X (from English experience, for example User eXperience, UX).

And let's also agree that a brand is the belize whatsapp resource "dry residue" of sensations from your business. Brands represent an auditory and visual desire, reliability and personality. This is not just an emblem or design, it is emotions and "something personal" for your users. About what a brand is, I recently made an article for you "Brand. Branding. Identity. What is the difference and how to implement it?"

That's it, now about X-abbreviations.

UX (User Experience) is the experience of interacting with a specific product/service
