Telephone acquisition tip: Do not anticipate negative answers

Post by Mitu100@ »

This point has happened to me often myself and is probably due to the great understanding of the lack of time. Nevertheless: Don't anticipate the negative answers so that the potential customer only has to say something like "That's right". "Did you have time to look at the offer? I imagine you were very busy..."
The frequent answer: "Yes, exactly. I haven't managed it yet".

Basically, I always try to bosnia and herzegovina telegram screening keep the partner's share of the conversation as high as possible. This gives you more time and information to find out as much as possible about the needs of your prospective customer. It also gives you more time to consider the next question and to conduct the conversation strategically. As trite as it may sound, in acquisition the following applies: "He who asks leads" and "Speech is silver, silence is gold". It is more important to convey recognition and a feeling of security to your conversation partner in which he or she can speak freely. People often rate a conversation as good in retrospect if they felt that they were able to bring up the important points themselves and felt understood. So conveying exactly that feeling is much more relevant than including all of your information yourself.
