Trello is surprisingly inexpensive, I'm even using it for free again (after using the no longer available gold version for years). For my purposes, the " FREE " version is currently sufficient. So I would advise you to start with the free version first and then see if you reach your limits. Then it starts at $5 per user per month with annual billing (as of June 2023). It is important to know that with the standard version you pay for one workspace, which can then contain an unlimited number of boards.
