What quality requirements do you have?

Post by Mitu100@ »

Sometimes you have webinar software that records in a resolution that is far too low. For example, I bought a license for WebinarNinja through Appsumo a while ago. Software sold through Appsumo often has minor or major limitations. With WebinarNinja, it is (among other things) the quality of the recording. A resolution of just 640x480 pixels is completely unacceptable by today's standards. That corresponds to the resolution of a monitor from the 1980s! What do I say when I say something like that?

Not possible!

It was just a egypt telegram screening lesson learned (and at $50, it wasn't that bad).

What features should your webinar software have?
This is also an important point that you absolutely have to make clear to yourself.

Do you only need the minimum equipment? Or would you like something more? The minimum equipment includes the transmission of your camera and microphone. But would you also like to show a few slides? Is it enough for you to be able to upload them and then show them, or would you rather be able to share your screen so that you can demonstrate what exactly you are doing? Do you need tools to help you interact with your participants? For example , a whiteboard on which you and your participants can draw and write? Or a survey tool with evaluation during the event? Would you like to be able to conduct interviews and do you want both interviewees to be seen next to each other at all times? Do you want to export your webinar to YouTube or Facebook or even stream it live?
