In the last few months I have written to several German blogs and commented on their blog posts.
I am both disappointed and shocked by the reactions.
Most German bloggers are lazy and careless and their arrogance will eventually throw them into the wall. Why?
Because they don't respond to emails.
Because they don't answer questions in the comments.
Because they ignore their readers.
Are you one of those “elite” bloggers who are too refined to communicate with “strangers”?
Answer your readers' emails. The great comic book father Stan Lee answered his readers' questions personally and published some of his readers' questions in the issues of his comic books.
He always signed his answers with the words: “Nuff said.”

That’s why you can’t avoid “hater” comments and emails.
How can you use this to your advantage and strengthen the relationship with your readers? By doing the following:
Lead your haters to the scaffold - share their discontent and hatred with your readers (e.g. in an email). Just as a mother bear defends her cubs from enemies, your readers will stand up for you.
