Benefits and subsidies for disabled people

Post by monira444 »

Today, there is only one preferential loan for disabled people in the Russian Federation. They can apply for a targeted loan to purchase technical rehabilitation equipment (TRE) — prostheses and orthoses, wheelchairs, canes and crutches, orthopedic shoes, etc.

Several banks that have established partnerships with companies producing technical means of transport offer to issue such a loan. The terms of the loan are approximately the same:

Loan amount: from 50 thousand to 10 million rubles;

Loan term: from 6 to 12 months;

The loan rate for disabled people is from 17% per annum;

The guarantor is the manufacturer of the rehabilitation equipment.

After the loan is issued, the funds are transferred to the borrower's jiangxi mobile number database account and then transferred to the company that produces the TSR. The principal amount of the debt is repaid by the state for the client (according to the order of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation dated June 26, 2023 No. 603n), and the interest on it is repaid by the company from which the rehabilitation equipment was purchased. To receive compensation for the cost of TSR purchased with their own funds, a disabled person must apply to the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) and provide a package of required documents.

There are no other special offers for people with disabilities on the Russian lending market. However, they can participate in all current preferential lending programs under general conditions: for example, apply for one of the types of preferential mortgages (family, Far Eastern, for IT specialists, etc.).

How to increase your chances of getting a loan
The likelihood of a loan being approved by a bank increases if the client can fulfill the following conditions:

Provide detailed information about income . It will be a plus if a client with disabilities is officially employed and receives a "white" salary, which is reflected in the documents in full. If there is additional income (from securities, leasing property, etc.), it should also be confirmed by documents (rental agreements, bank statements, etc.).
