Automated budget rules make life easier for advertisers by allowing you to track, increase, decrease, or pause campaign budgets based on any set of criteria you set.
You can set up a new automatic rule by clicking the hungary phone number data More icon and then selecting the Create automatic rule box . After creating a rule, Google will perform the set action with some of your selected campaigns at a certain time under certain conditions.
The following can be set:
Apply to (required): Choose whether Google will apply the rule to all campaigns or only the selected campaigns.
Action (required): What action should the rule take? You can enable or pause campaigns, change budgets, change labels, or send the campaign via email.
Conditions (optional): What conditions must be met for Google to apply the rule? For example, you can set budget overruns or current performance.
Frequency (required): How often should Google check the conditions and run the rule? Rules can be run daily, weekly, monthly, or even hourly or at a preset time.
To better understand, we have a specific example for you. If you have a set maximum monthly budget for an advertising campaign, you can use a rule to stop the campaign when it is exceeded. For example, if you do not want the advertisement to exceed the expenses of 4000 CZK per month, you can make great use of the automatic budget rule. The advertisement will stop when the expenses reach 4000 CZK per month and you do not have to worry about exceeding the budget. This will avoid an unnecessarily difficult situation, such as exceeding the planned budget or wasting too much money on a campaign with insufficient performance.
