Impressions after Talent Days
Talent Days: Hi Tomek! In which gambling data hong kong
city did you take part in Talent Days?

Tomek: I took part in the Talent Days fair held at the National Stadium in Warsaw.

Talent Days: How did you find out about our fair and why did you decide to participate in the event?

Tomek: Honestly, I was just browsing Facebook and came across an advert for a fair. I was looking for a job at the time, so it interested me. I decided to take advantage of the opportunity and... I even talked my friend into going with me!

Talent Days: What exactly made you decide to look for a job this way?

Tomek: I was convinced by the large number of potential employers who were supposed to be there on the same day. Besides, I had already applied to two of them. I had passed the initial recruitment stage and wanted to talk to people from these companies in person.

Talent Days: Do you think job fairs have any advantages over traditional online applications?

Tomek: What I really liked about the fair was that I could talk face to face with potential employers. It's not the same as submitting a CV online, when sometimes it's not even read due to the large number of candidates. At the Talent Days fair, I could immediately make live contact and get information about a future job.

Talent Days: It's great that you mention it! Tell us what exactly you are looking for in an employer, what is most important to you?

Tomek: For me, the most important thing is the proper organization of work. For example, if I have to work in Warsaw, it is best to work in the very center, not on the outskirts. I should spend a maximum of 60 minutes commuting. The second important issue for me is, of course, the offered rate. I don't want it to turn out that for responsible tasks I get as much as someone in a position that requires much less commitment or competence. If I go on an internship, I want to get something out of it and later be able to brag about it in my CV.
