E-GOI ACHIEVES INNOVATIVE STATUS AT COTEC 2024 The COTEC Innovative Statute is an award for companies in the Manufacturing, Information and Communication, Trade, Consulting and Certified Activities, Construction, Administration and Healthcare sectors, among others. In total, there are now 1,447 companies with the Statute.

Together, they employ more than 100,000 workers and generate more than 20 billion euros in turnover. In addition, they export more than 9 billion euros globally. The Statute, in turn, sets the following objectives: Provide greater visibility to Portuguese companies with high innovation performance; Promote companies that, because they are highly innovative, constitute an example for the country; Create a network of partners that enhances the Statute and, in this way, enhances the advantages for innovative companies; Ensure better financing conditions for innovative companies and thus enable them to develop further.
