Whenever we talk about talent hunters, we give advice on what they are looking for, what they want and who they are. We rarely talk about the point of view of the real protagonist of this whole story and around whom all the actions revolve: the candidate. We have entered our Human Resources department to chat with David Seijas and Rosa Ana Blach, two of the people in charge of, among other things, managing the talent that enters Femxa. We have asked them about the iceland phone data curriculum, the personal brand and the most sought-after skills. We even got them to tell us what Femxa is for them. It all started with a survey we launched on our Social Networks a few weeks ago. In it, we asked you without hesitation what you were asked when looking for a job .

The answer gave us a clue about your experiences: 66.7% of you think that companies are very demanding because they take advantage of the high unemployment rate.

This gave us something to think about and we wanted to compare the information. In this post we are going to take a look at the Curriculum Vitae , Personal Brand , training and skills .


The perfect resume
The obvious thing was to start the interview with the basics: what do you look for in a CV that will catch your attention?

Rosa Ana breaks the ice by admitting that she cannot help but “like CVs that arrive with an attractive presentation. That is, that clearly show, in short and simple sentences, what you want to highlight. We want it to be the first tool to get to know you. Both the format and the wording have to be in line with what is requested in the job offer.”
