LChinese social network TikTok announced the launch of its new “Direct Post” API , which will allow users to easily publish content from third-party platforms such as Adobe, Twitch, CapCut or SocialPubli, among many others.
This new feature builds on TikTok’s Share integrations and gives users the ability to edit videos (and soon photos too), with the option to add captions, audience settings, and other features, then send the content directly to TikTok, all through a one-click integration.
Additionally, content creators can use Direct Post to schedule the publication of long-form video content via their social media management platforms – great news for community managers.
How to Unlock TikTok's Potential with Great Ads and Creatives
How to use Direct Post
To use the Direct Post API, content creators are required to link their TikTok account to the platform of their choice. From there, partners will be vetted through an audit process before being granted egypt number data access to the Content Post API. Once these steps are completed, the third-party platform will be allowed to post to the TikTok account whenever creators attempt to export media to it.

One of the benefits of this new feature is that it is supported by partners like Adobe, allowing users to use Direct Post in both Adobe Premiere and Adobe Express , without leaving their workflow.
Additionally, the API is also available in programs like CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, SocialPilot, and even Twitch's clip editor. In the latter, streamers will be able to share their clips directly on TikTok or export them as a draft to continue editing them within TikTok.
