Among all the great candidates we have received this year, which demonstrate the great quality and capacity of the professionals in the sector, there has been one that has stood out above all. This has been none other than Víctor Juárez, CEO of the specialist store in fine art supplies Craftelier, who has taken a small physical store in León to become an eCommerce that already sells throughout Europe , as well as in the USA, Canada, Mexico and Chile.
As one of our jury members said, Victor Juarez is a “ tenacious, approachable leader who has achieved what many try to do: turn a traditional business around, turning it into a profitable, digital estonia number data and international company .” This has made him a model of digital management, revealing that as a business leader he not only masters the management of his company, but also has in-depth knowledge of the digital ecosystem, its tools and its complexity.
The award was received by Victor Juarez , CEO of Craftelier. Juarez was excited by the recognition and took the opportunity to praise the attitude of the sector: " I think it is a very supportive community that shares a lot ."
As for Craftelier, she said that “ this is the project of a family and a lot of people who are pushing together to make this project come forward from León to the world .” A large family that has just faced a great challenge, that of rebranding Mi Tienda de Arte as Craftelier in Spain, which meant a very in-depth work of brand organization. “ Mi Tienda de Arte was in the mind of the customer in Spain, and it has also been an emotional challenge for us. It has been a complex but necessary change .”
