The survey carried out by UOL's advertising research unit also found that, in addition to price, the main factors that influence an online purchase are: delivery time (29%), shipping cost or free shipping (55%), ease of payment (24%), credibility or security of the application or website (27%), cashback (25%) and ease of payment (24%).
