They put their GIA on their calendar.
They remain focused on their GIA and, even when pressured, do not react to other people's plans.

Reengineering Habits
Understand your habits and you can change them at your own discretion. Research shows that 63% of XP employees agree that their work habits make a significant contribution to their productivity.

My work habits contribute greatly to being extremely productive.
Fortunately, you can change even the most ingrained usa mobile database habits if you know how. Once you understand how habits work, you can replace those that don’t support sales motivation with those that do. We call these the 4 Cs of Habit:

Trigger: Something happens that prompts you to take action. For example, an email alert goes off while you're working.
Thought: The cue triggers a thought, even if it's quick or subconscious. A thought might be, "I need to check for new email."
Answer: Following this thought, you take action by switching to your email to read the new message.
Reward: This is your win or payout. "Oh, great! That report I'm waiting for is already in the works. I'll stop what I'm doing and take a look.

Your habits either drain you or energize you, and it’s hard to stay motivated when you’re drained. Use habits that fuel your energy to stay motivated.
