Can you tell us a little about your sales?

Of course I benefit from what I learned during my time in sales. But sales as a coach is certainly special because you sell yourself. That's why it's so important for me that I do my own sales. Personal conversations are the most important part of this. And when I talk to the customer, I know best which topics to address. I maintain intensive contact with my customers and have at least 10 customers on my agenda every day. I try to contact each customer personally at least twice a year. This way I find out which topics are currently on their radar, what has changed in the austria telegram screening company, or which management positions have been filled. For my work, it is important to know about changes throughout the company, whether it concerns the board of directors or marketing . The more I know, the more specifically I can address people.


I invest at least four hours a day in sales activities, so CentralStationCRM is my constant daily companion. The software is permanently open on one of my two screens, because I manage all communication with my customers via CRM. I use the follow-up function for this and record everything that was discussed after a conversation. Thanks to CRM, I always have all of my contacts at hand and the last conversation directly on the screen. This means I can pick up exactly where I left off last time, even if that was six months ago. This transparency saves me time because I never have to search for anything. CRM therefore plays a major role in my everyday work.

How much discipline does it take to use CRM regularly?
I always take notes immediately after a phone call and actually don't have to discipline myself to do so because it is such a natural part of my everyday sales routine.
