At least as important: Clear topics and a clear name
The more precisely you define the main topic for your group, the better. For me it is marketing for solopreneurs with a focus on online and social media marketing.
So choose a name for your group that sums up your topic. This makes it easier for potential members to find your group via search. But does it really have to be a name that contains all sorts of keywords? I always find very long group names with all sorts of keywords a bit artificial and cumbersome.
But what has proven to be effective is to include your own name in the name of your group. This helps those who only have the information "become macedonia telegram screening a member of Birgit's group, it's great" as well as you for your personal branding.
I only came up with it myself when someone in my group asked for a good online marketing consultant at a fair fee in the summer of 2018. The reactions were wonderful for me ("You're in Birgit's group and you're asking about that?!?") but not so much for the person asking, who felt like they weren't being taken seriously.
Only then did I realize that the inconspicuous admin symbol probably doesn't attract everyone's attention and that this person hadn't associated me with my group at all. Changing the group name was then the right logical step.
