Tip 2 – Sort notes roughly into notebooks

Tip 1 – More is better!
Normally, the opposite of "more is better". But with Evernote, you shouldn't impose any restrictions on yourself when it comes to taking notes. The database can handle it. The program doesn't slow down. And if you collect a lot of different information, the search results will always contain exciting combinations of ideas, information and topics that you wouldn't have thought of, but which could be exactly the trigger for the next blog post or the next idea for a customer. There is a term for this in English: "serendipity" and Evernote is perfect for it.

To provoke serendipity effects , I belarus telegram screening happily mix business and private content and also avoid deleting notes. Because I know that Evernote can do that. And you never know what you might need a certain piece of information for again. Moreover, deleting takes time that you could save yourself. The only time I delete a note after checking is when I notice that I have clipped something twice.

Unlike with the notes themselves, I recommend being more economical with notebooks. That way you don't have to rack your brains about which notebook is better for a piece of information. Assigning information to certain topics is much easier with keywords. Why? A note cannot be in more than one notebook (without copying it). However, if you copy a note, this can lead to inconsistent content when the note is edited later. However, you can assign as many keywords as you like - and since clicking on a keyword also shows all the notes under it, this is the more efficient way of managing information .
