Lesson 4: How to address your customer in such a way that he listens to you [The 5-Phase Model]
You can't sell to all customers the same.
Every customer is at a different level, a different “awareness” phase as Schwartz calls it.
Your job as a copywriter is to find out which phase the customer is in.
Then you can choose your words as carefully as you would choose a needle in acupuncture.
"The customer knows of your kazakhstan telegram screening product - knows what it does - knows he wants it."
The first phase is child's play.
If selling were a game, this would be level 1.
Super easy.
In this phase, the customer already has all the information he needs and he also has the desire to buy your product - but has not done so yet.
Why not?
Because one important thing is still missing.
Namely:
A trigger.
What is missing is the final push to get the customer to act now.
Means for you:
Create urgency.
If the price is right and you give your customer the feeling at this stage - now or never - in most cases it will be a “now”.
