Accenture: HR data is valuable, but also fraught with dangers
The good news is that employees are open about companies collecting their personal data if it can improve their well-being and productivity. The bad news is that employees, like companies, are concerned about privacy and the potential for misuse, according to a study by Accenture ahead of the World Economic Forum in Davos, ZDNet reports .

Accenture surveyed 10,000 frontline workers and 1,400 jordan whatsapp data executives across 13 industries and 13 countries.

The study found that 62% of companies use technology to analyze employee data, but only 30% of executives believe their companies are doing so responsibly.

As for employees, 92% are open to collecting data about them and their work, but want something in return. Notably, they would like to see increased productivity, well-being, and other benefits.
