For example, you could send out the first email newsletter, and then delay the next step email for those who open and click on it by three days. For customers who have annual contracts, you could send an email with details about the next contract renewal 60 days before the contract renewal date .

Branching
A "branch" is a setting for executing different cyprus number data actions based on specific conditions. There are two types of branching: one is to define different actions depending on the "value" set in attribute information (property information), and the other is to create complex branches using if/then branches depending on the contact's action status. (Creating if/then branches such as, for data records that meet the trigger conditions, execute this action if this condition is met, and execute this action if other conditions are met.)

As an example of the former, if you want to send different emails using branching conditions in a contact-based workflow, you could create a branching action depending on the property value, such as sending an email about A if the value of the "Interested in service" property held by the contact is "Service A," or sending an email about B if the value is "Service B."

As an example of the latter, in a contact-based workflow, if you want to send step emails based on the user's open or click actions after sending the initial email newsletter, you could use the following if/then branches and actions:

If the email is unopened, the same email will be sent again after 7 days.
If the email is opened but not clicked, send the next follow-up email.
If the recipient opens the email and clicks on the case study, a next step email will be sent that focuses on the case study.
